Paper Submission
There will be 3 invited talks. All the other scientific presentations for the conference must be submitted in written form before December 10, 2012 using the following instructions. We allow two types of submissions: (i) Short papers (at least 4 pages and at most 8 pages) to be published in an “special issue” of Electronic Notes in Discrete Mathematics (ENDM) devoted to INOC2013. (ii) Extended abstracts to be distributed in a CD during the conference only. Regardless of the type of submission, the authors must send us ONLY a PDF file. Submissions of type (i) must be created following the instructions of that journal, which implies to write in LaTeX and use the ENDM style package. Please, click here to downlad all the material (instructions) for a submission of type (i). Submissions of type (ii) can be created with your favorite editor (it is free format), but don’t forget to include title, author names, affiliations, emails and a clear description of the work that you wish to present at INOC2013. If a submission of type (i) does not satisfy all the requirements of an ENDM publication then it will be considered as type (ii). Therefore, please, if you want your submission to appear in ENDM, follow carefully all the instructions (the ENDM editorial system is strict). ENDM Copyright Notice: The publication of a short paper in ENDM will not restrict the author(s) from publishing a full-length article on the same topic and with the same title in another journal (possibly with another publisher) provided that the original publication is sufficiently enhanced (i.e. approximately doubled in size). However, a simple copyright form must be signed for the short paper in order for it to be posted on ScienceDirect. Author(s) who do not want to sign the copyright form may use submission of type (ii). An attainder will be able to present at most one talk during the conference. For that reason, we accept only one submission per person. The person submitting a work can be coauthor of several submissions, and is expected to be the coauthor presenting the work in the conference. Although a submission is accepted for the conference, it will not appear in the publication if the author that submitted the work does not complete the early registration to the conference. In other words, the ENDM issue will contain only accepted short papers for which the speaker has paid the INOC213 earlier registration. | ||||||||||||||||||
