All accepted papers will be published by IEEE, which will be indexed by EI Compendex and ISTP. Authors of selected papers (nearly 15% of all accepted papers) will be invited to submit revised and expanded version of their papers to be considered for publication in well-known international journals (EI indexed), and some papers written in Chinese will be recommended to publish in Chinese core journals. Submission of Papers Unpublished papers reporting original research results and experience are solicited. Each paper, written in English (except for a few excellent papers written in Chinese, which can be also EI indexed), should be no more than 4 pages (IEEE proceedings format), including references and Illustrations. Electronic submissions in PDF format are strongly recommended. Detailed electronic submission instructions will be posted on the conference web site. Submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper. People attending the conference will receive elegant souvenirs and experience Italian Christmas. ContactsPh. D.
