CEECT 2023 is co-organized by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Sichuan Society for Electrical Engineering, technically sponsored by Auckland University of Technology, Shanghai University of Electric Power and IEEE Control Systems Society, supported by Asia Pacific Institute of Science and Engineering(APISE), IEEE Industrial Electronics Society Chengdu Chapter, media supported by Journal Proceedings of the CSEE, CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems(CSEE JPES), Automation of Electric Power System, Power System Protection and Control, Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy, Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems, POWER SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY, High Voltage Engineering, High Voltage, Electric Power Information and Communication Technology, Electric and Machines and Control, Electric Power Engineering Technology. The theme of CEECT 2023 is "Power Digitization and New Energy Systems". We warmly welcome prospective authors to submit their new research or technological contributions to CEECT 2023, for sharing valuable experiences with scientists and students from around the world. ●Publication & Indexing 1) All accepted and presented papers will be included in the Conference Proceeding of CEECT 2023(online publishing), The publisher will submit articles to Engineering Village, Scopus, Web of Science and other databases for review and indexing after publication. 2) Selected papers with great extension will be recommended to publish in international journals. CEECT 2021/2020 has been indexd by Ei Compendex! ●Speakers Prof. Dan Zhang Hong Kong Polytechnic University, HK S.A.R, China Dr. Dan Zhang is a Chair Professor of Intelligent Robotics and Automation at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Laval University, Canada in 2000. He joined Ontario Tech University (OTU), Canada, as Assistant Professor in 2004 and was promoted to Associate Professor and Professor in 2006 and 2011 respectively. During the appointment period in OTU, he also served as Founding Chair in the Department of Automotive, Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering (2012 – 2014) and was awarded the Canada Research Chair in Advanced Robotics and Automation (2009 – 2015). Since 2016, he transferred to York University, Canada as a Kaneff Professor and also took up the role of Department Chair in the Department of Mechanical Engineering from 2016 to 2018. Thereafter, he was awarded the Tier 1 York Research Chair in Advanced Robotics and Mechatronics in 2017. Prof. Qinglong Han Swinburne University of Technology, Australia Distinguished Professor Qing-Long Han is Swinburne’s Pro Vice-Chancellor (Research Quality). He is a Fellow of The Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and a Fellow of The Institution of Engineers Australia. He has served as an AdCom Member of IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IES) and a Member of IEEE IES Fellows Committee. Research interests: Power System stability and control; Wireless Communication; Automation and Control Systems; Electric vehicle - Battery, Electric Power train, autonomous control and ITS Networked Robotics; Power System stability and control Prof. Ben M. Chen Chinese University of Hong Kong, China He is currently a Professor of Mechanical and Automation Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). Professor Chen is a Fellow of IEEE and Fellow of Academy of Engineering, Singapore. His current research interests are in unmanned systems, robust control and control applications. Prof. Shuzhi Sam Ge National University of Singapore, Singapore Professor Shuzhi Sam Ge is the Director of Social Robotics Lab, Interactive Digital Media Institute, and Supervisor of Edutainment Robotics Lab, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, the National University of Singapore. He is the Editor-in-Chief, International Journal of Social Robotics, Springer, and the book Editor of the Taylor & Francis’ Automation and Control Engineering Series. His current research interests include social robotics, mind robotics, multimedia fusion, adaptive control, intelligent systems and artificial intelligence.
