Submission of Abstracts, Special Sessions & Workshops

Submissions are required by Wednesday 1st April 2010.

Under the “Presentations” button on www.nzgs2010.org.nz , submitters are asked to provide:
· Title of paper/special session/workshop
· Abstract (250 words)
· List of presenting and contributing authors, and their institutions
· Six keywords
· Audiovisual equipment requirements

Authors are limited to no more than two physical presentations in the conference. There is,however, no limit to the number of times they are listed as contributing (non-presenting) authors.

All submitters will be notified by email by mid-April 2010 as to ACCEPTANCE / DECLINE into
the programme.
