Delegates are invited to submit abstracts for either oral and/ or poster presentation. All abstracts must be written in English.

Submission of Abstracts
Your abstract must reach the Conference organisers on or before 3 May 2010.

Select contributions will be invited for submission to be published as a volume in Springer book series, indexed by Medline.

The preferred option is to submit your abstract via the website. Please click here where you will be guided through the on-line submission process. If you are unable to make an online submission, please contact the conference Organisers for further instructions.

Evaluation
All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.

Confirmation of Receipt of Abstracts
If requested you will be automatically sent an acknowledgement via email, to confirm that your abstract has been received. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of submitting your abstract please contact the Conference Organisers immediately.

Notification of Abstract Acceptance
Submitting authors will be informed whether their abstract has been accepted by 4 June 2010. Please note that all presenters of abstracts will be expected to register for the Conference prior to submitting their abstract and you will be asked to confirm your registration number. No refunds will be given should your abstract be rejected for both oral or poster presentations.

Amendments to Abstracts
Amendments to abstract can not be made online once submission is complete. Please ensure you check your submission thoroughly before completing submission. If however, you need to make further amendments then you must contact the Conference Organisers at abstracts@icsb2010.org.uk
