The Organizing Committee cordially invites you to participate with a sample of your work at the Inter-American Congress on Traffic and Transportation “Traffic and Sustainable Transport – a challenge for evolution", to be held from June 11th-13th, 2010, at the Federal University of Parana in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil. There will be participating professionals and researchers in the areas of Psychology, Computer Science, Medicine, Engineering, Education and Law.
This cooperative event will simultaneously host the Inter-American Congress on Traffic and Transportation Psychology, the Regional Meeting on Traffic Medicine and the Brazilian Exhibition of Traffic Education Projects. The main objective of this congress will be the discussion, expansion and deepening of theoretical and practical experiences in traffic and transportation topics in the American countries. The congress will promote a unique opportunity for information exchange between professionals from different countries who are working in the area. All professionals and students concerned with traffic and transportation problems are welcome. We firmly believe that sharing common experiences will lead to creative and sustainable solutions to transportation issues. There will be simultaneous translation for conferences in English. The event will include conferences, symposia, round-tables, oral presentations and posters. Moreover, it opens the possibility for presentation of projects in development or phase settings to enable the exchange of experiences and training of inter-institutional working groups.
