The submitted paper must meet the following requirements for it to be indexed by Scopus through publication in the IEEE Xplore:

One of the authors is a member of the IEEE.
The paper should be presented at the conference.
One author can not publish more than 2 papers.
The program and organizational committees reserve the right to reject the application for participation in the conference.

In the copyright form it is necessary to fill in the fields "TITLE OF PAPER", "COMPLETE LIST OF AUTHORS" and "IEEE PUBLICATION TITLE".
