Amirkabir University of Technology (Tehran Polytechnic) is proud to announce the 5th National and 2nd annual International conference on e-learning and e-teaching (ICELET2010) to be held on December 1-2, 2010 in Tehran, Iran. ICELET is the premier conference in Iran for presentation of advances in all aspects of e-learning and e-teaching. The conference aspires to provide an international forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry and governments to present and discuss their latest research findings in this field and to identify emerging future challenges.

CONFERENCE MAIN TOPICS

Each of these main topic areas is expanded below into sub-topics. Papers may address one or more of the listed sub-topics, although authors should not feel limited by them. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable, provided they fit in one of the following main topic areas:
* Technological and Engineering Aspects of Learning
* Learning/Teaching: Design, Methodology, and Assessment
* Quality, Evaluation and Accreditation Policies
* Social, Cultural, and Ethical Issues in E-Learning
* E-Learning Strategic Issues
* Domain Applications and Case Studies

Papers must be submitted and presented in English. They must represent original and previously unpublished work. Simultaneous submissions to journals or other conferences are not allowed and will result in immediate rejection of the paper. Submissions will only be accepted via the conference website. At least one author of an accepted paper must register and present the paper during the conference. Only the presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be indexed in IEEE Xplore (pending IEEE approval).
