2019 International Conference on Creative Economics (ICCE 2019) will be held on June 7-9, 2019, Moscow, Russia.

ICCE 2019 is sponsored by Hong Kong International Education and Science Research Society, HIESRS, and co-sponsored by RUDN University, Russia. The reviewing process of ICCE 2019 conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. All submissions will be subjected to double-blind peer reviews by at least two reviewers, who are expert or have been experiencing in the related field for years.

All accepted articles of ICCE 2019 will be published by Hong Kong International Education and Science Research Society, which is indexed by CPCI, CNKI. Optionally we also submit to Compendex and Scopus.

Articles submitted should be written in English. All submissions must be made electronically in DOC format following the guidelines of paper template.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. All papers should be written in English and submitted via Email: icce2019@hiesrs-conf.com.

All submitted articles should be original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the conference and are subject to both review and editing.

Page Limit
Regular Papers: 4-5 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

All submissions must not be less than 6 pages in length. Otherwise, if your paper exceeds 6 pages in length, you have to pay for the additional pages.
