Welcome to ICSWME-2024, we are delighted to announce the International Conference on Sustainability, Waste Management, and Environment (ICSWME-2024), scheduled to take place at Westford University College, Al Zahia Campus, Sharjah from December 20 to 23, 2024. The first day of the conference, i.e. 20th December, 2024 will be dedicated to insightful presentations, discussions, and networking sessions with experts in the field. The next three days (21-23 December, 2024) are for excursions, offering the participants an opportunity to explore Dubai’s unique blend of modern innovation and environmental initiatives. These excursions will not only allow participants to unwind but also experience sustainable practices in one of the world’s most iconic cities. This conference aims to bring together leading researchers, academics, engineers, and practitioners from around the world to share and discuss innovative ideas, research findings, and practical experiences related to sustainability, waste management, and environment.

During the past decades, we have learned about what we truly value and what truly matters in the regional and global context. At the same time, we have had to relearn the power of quality research in order to produce knowledge that is applicable outside of the research setting.
