Call For Papers

The sixth Sharing Cultures conference examines all aspects of Intangible Cultural Heritage within the definitions provided by the 2013 UNESCO Declaration.This iteration of the conference will be held in Edinburgh, Scotland from 11-14 June 2019.Papers and panels are invited covering the whole gamut of ICH-related topics and there will be a special chapter on Monetising ICH - tourism and business. The approach is interdisciplinary and theoretical approaches and discussions, case studies and on-going projects are welcome. Edinburgh was the first UNESCO City of Literature and its Old and New Towns are UNESCO World Heritage sites. For further details see:
