It's sponsored by Science and Engineering Institute, Technical supported by Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Guangxi University, Chongqing University, University of Macedonia, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China, etc. As a global event, ICECT main focus on electronics communication technologies. Over the last five years, the conference successfully held in Phuket Island (2024), Guangxi University (2023), Nagoya University (2022), University of Macedonia (2021-2020 Online for Covid 19), Nagoya Institute of Technology (2019).

●Publication and Indexing:
Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the technical program committees. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the WCSE proceedings, and submitted for EI Compendex, Scopus indexing. All previous proceedings have been successfully published, and almost all have been indexed by EI Compendex, SCOPUS.



●Submition Ways
Option 1. ABSTRACTS (Presentation Only)
All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be included in the conference program only, provided at the conference.

Option 2. Full Paper (Presentation and Paper Publication)
All submitted papers will be reviewed by our committees, and accepted one will be published in conference proceedings.
