3. Prof. M. Fotuhi-Firuzabad from Sharif University of Technology, Iran and Prof. S. M. Muyeen from Qatar University, Qatar will be the keynote speakers.

SPIES History:
SPIES 2019 was Technically Supported by Prince of Songkla University, Chiangmai University, Universiti Tenaga Nasional, University of Malaya, Tsinghua University and Curtin University. SPIES 2019 papers have been presented in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (EES) (ISSN: 1755-1315), which have been indexed in EI compendex and Scopus.
SPIES 2020 was Technically Supported by Prince of Songkla University, Chiangmai University, Universiti Tenaga Nasional, University of Malaya,Tsinghua University, KITAMI Institute of Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok, Universite de Bretagne Occidentable and Shanghai University of Electric Power, China. SPIES 2021 was held successfully during September 25-28, 2021.
SPIES 2022 was held successfully online in Beijing, China during December 9-12, 2022. SPIES 2022 is co-sponsored by Tsinghua University and Shandong University, and technically supported by IEEE Industry Applications Society, IEEE Industrial Electronics Society, IEEE Power, and Energy Society.
SPIES 2023 was held successfully in Shenyang, China during December 1-4, 2023. SPIES 2023 is co-sponsored by Shenyang University of Technology and Northeastern University, China.
SPIES 2024 was held successfully in Khalifa University, UAE during December 4-6, 2024. SPIES 2024 is co-sponsored by Khalifa University, UAE, IEEE IAS and PES.
