Paper submission: Prospective participants are invited to submit by homepage an abstract. After the notification of acceptance of the work, the author should send and submit:
• the Full Paper of up to 6 pages (máximum) or
• the Work in Progress (WIP) of up to 2 pages (máximum),
via homepage. For more details including the template access: https://www.copec.eu/icece2019/

A Work-in-Progress-Paper (WIP) describes preliminary developments of an on going project in its infancy that involves state-of-art, implementation, creative pilot programs, or nontraditional concepts. It must contain the details of the scientific and/or educational feasibility of the project, including expected outcomes

Proceedings and Book of Abstracts: The proceedings and the book of abstracts of the congress will be published on-line and will be available at the time of the congress. Both will be registered in ISBN with international validity, besides the proceedings have ISSN because they are also a periodic

Congress Language: English, Spanish and Portuguese will be the official congress languages.

Social Program: Welcome Party, Congress Banquet andcultural sessions are planned.

Workshops: During the Congress, some workshops will be offered. The Full Program will be available at the homepage: https://www.copec.eu/icece2019/

Objectives: This congress will provide a major international forum for the exchange of information on research into and recent developments in the improvement of education in all Engineering and Computer fields. During the Congress, the curriculum guidelines will also be discussed as well as the integration between the world market and Engineering and Computer Education.
