Call For Papers

Authors are invited for submissions to a special issue of the Springer's Journal of Ambient Intelligence & Humanized Computing dedicated to Human Behaviour Monitoring, Interpretation and Understanding (NOTION). Papers in the following areas are particularly welcome:

- Ambient assisted living
- Activity and action recognition
- Ambient intelligence for healthcare
- Behaviour analysis for alerts
- Behavioural grouping
- Emotion recognition
- Fall detection
- Human behavioural analysis
- Sensing technologies and measurements
- Smart homes
- Social sensor networks applications for cognitive and physical health
- Social activity recognition
- User mobility modelling and location tracking
- Video-based human behaviour understanding

In order to be considered for publication, a submission must have a significant novel component.

Submissions will be refereed according to standard procedures for the journal of Ambient Intelligence & Humanized Computing.
