　All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least 2 reviewers.
　All submissions should be original, professional and have not been published elsewhere.
　Plagiarism in any form is not allowed, the authors should be responsible for the papers
seriously.

　Regular papers are allowed to 5 pages. Extra pages(exceed 5 pages) will incur additional
charges.

3. Submit your papers

Publication
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings of CMSAM2019. The proceedings will be published on the Journal of DEStech Transactions on Computer Science and Engineering with ISSN: 2475-8841, ISBN and DOI. DEStech Publications will submit all the papers to be indexed in EI, CPCI-S and CNKI for worldwide online citation.
