Important Announcement: Due to the negative financial impact of COVID-19, papers submitted from 1st October 2020, shall be published free, provided that the papers are accepted following ACDMHR’s peer-review process.

Annals of Contemporary Developments in Management & HR (ACDMHR) is a scholarly peer-reviewed open access international research journal enabling low cost publication solutions while projecting an image of quality research. ACDMHR is published by the International Association for Educators and Researchers (IAER) which is a CIC (Community Interest Company) i.e. a low-profit organisation, registered in England and Wales.

As an Open Access journal, ACDMHR provides a channel for quality research to be publicised to a broad audience through many major Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases such as: DOAJ, Crossref, CiteFactor, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic Search, Index Copernicus and Semantic Scholar.

Past issues of ACDMHR are made available online at ACDMHR website and archived at the British Library, London, UK.

Hardcopies of the journal issues are printed and distributed by Marston Book Services, a printer in Oxfordshire, UK. The Article Processing Fee (APF) also includes two copies of the journal’s respective printed issues, posted to the mailing address of the corresponding author, without any additional cost.

ACDMHR invites authors to submit, through EasyChair Conference Management System, using ACDMHR’s MS Word Template, their original research, review and survey papers which significantly contributes to the existing domain of research and adds new knowledge in the field of “Contemporary Developments” in Management & HR.

ACDMHR Submission is open all year round. However, submission deadline for the August 2021 issue (V3 N3) is June 30, 2022.
