We invite abstract submissions to a CGSR special issue on the impact of COVID on corporate governance and sustainability.
The worldwide COVID19 pandemic has impacted countries, the global economy, locked down societies and changed communities for the better, and at times, for the worse. This Special Issue welcomes submissions on theoretical and practical contributions that look at the impact of COVID including, but not limited to: corporate governance and sustainability governance of health systems neoliberalism and neo-Keynesian economic models global governance business-government relationships business-society relationships board behaviour and practices wider stakeholder practices responses by governments responses by institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds and other major investors responses by minority investors responses by family-owned businesses responses by state-owned enterprises technology and board practices role of mainstream media and social media environmental impact and environmental governance discourse of governance Please submit your 300-500 word abstract by 30 June 2020. Based upon the abstract submitted, authors will then be asked to submit a full paper not exceeding 7,000 words for peer review.
