============================================================================
UPDATE: Registration for ICSM, the 29th IEEE International Conference on Software Maintenance and co-located events has started! *Early bird registration closes August 2, 2013* Please note that presenting authors should register within August 2, 2013. http://icsm2013.tue.nl/Registration/index.html ============================================================================ The aim of this working conference is to bring together researchers and practitioners working on theory, techniques and applications which concern analysis and/or manipulation of the source code of computer systems. While much attention in the wider software engineering community is properly directed towards other aspects of systems development and evolution, such as specification, design and requirements engineering, it is the source code that contains the only precise description of the behaviour of the system. The analysis and manipulation of source code thus remains a pressing concern. COVERED TOPICS AND PAPER FORMATS: We welcome submission of papers that describe original and significant work in the field of source code analysis and manipulation. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: program transformation abstract interpretation program slicing source level software metrics decompilation source level testing and verification source level optimization program comprehension SCAM explicitly solicits results from any theoretical or technological domain that can be applied to these and similar topics. SCAM also welcomes short (6 pages) Tool papers that introduce tools for source code analysis and manipulation. Tool papers should describe a concrete source code analysis or manipulation tool that is available for download and general use and can be run and demonstrated at the conference. SCAM 2013 is co-located with 29th IEEE International Conference on Software Maintenance (ICSM), 15th IEEE International Symposium on Web Systems Evolution (WSE), 3rd IEEE International Workshop on the Maintenance and Evolution of Service-Oriented and Cloud-Based Systems (MESOCA), 8th IEEE International Workshop on Visualizing Software for Understanding and Analysis (VISSOFT), 6th Workshop on FAMIX and Moose in Reengineering, 1st International Workshop on Communicating Business Process Models: Quality, Understandability, and Maintainability (CBPM). |
