CALL FOR PAPERS
The 8th International Conference on
Partnership of Government, Business and Higher Education Institutions in Fostering Economic Development

Through cooperation with the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of East Sarajevo, the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade, the Faculty of Economics in Subotica, the Faculty of Hotel Management and Tourism in Vrnjacka Banja, Perm State Agro-Technological University Russia, Voronezh State Agricultural University Russia, Aleksandras Stulginskis University, the Faculty of Economics and Management in Lithuania, Selçuk University Konya-Turkey and Shanghai Polytechnic University, the Faculty of Economics Brcko at the University of East Sarajevo has continuously worked on the development and advancement of economic science. Long-term cooperation between the Faculty and the institutions of the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed the importance and necessity of fostering the relations between the government, economy and higher education. This form of intensive cooperation has always been the main precondition for the economic development and progress of local and broader social community.
Therefore, every year the Faculty of Economics Brcko organizes an international conference, with the aim of exchanging experiences, ideas, methods and solutions for improving the economic and social environment, as well as maintaining the required level of quality in higher education, in accordance with real economic needs. Taking into consideration today's difficult business conditions and realising that it has become an inevitable reality of the entire public and private sector, the topic of this year's 8th International Conference is "SITUATION AND PROBLEMS IN BUSINESS PROCESSES OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SECTOR IN TIME OF CRISIS ".

The conference will be held online on December 23, 2021. All participants are exempt from paying the registration fee.

Official languages: official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina, English.

Important dates:
 Abstracts submission deadline: December 20, 2021 (please, fill in the participation form: form – external link)
 Paper submission deadline: March 31, 2022

Note: All authors who submit an abstract and confirm their participation in the conference will receive a confirmation mail (to the e-mail addresses listed in the participation form) for the online platform of the conference ("Discord" server of the conference).

Accepted and positively reviewed papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Conference or in "Equilibrium - Journal of Economic and Business Research".
