After the successful 2019 edition the next NDTCS-2021 workshop will take place in Minsk, Belarus, from 28 to 29 October 2021, and will be dedicated to Professor Andrey L. Sanin.
Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR) has the honour to host this international workshop for the forth time (earlier it was the organizer of the NDTCS workshops in 2008, 2013 and 2017). NDTCS-2021 is a continuation of 18 previous international workshops which were held in: 1997-2005 St. Petersburg (Russia), 2006 Olsztyn (Poland), 2007 Bayreuth (Germany), 2008 Minsk (Belarus), 2009 Vilnius (Lithuania), 2011 Espoo (Finland), and other European cities. The workshop will be focused on the synthesis, properties and applications of novel materials, and modern computational methods for their structure and property investigations, and will serve as a platform for experience exchange between scientists, establishing international cooperation among scientists and engineers, as well as a place to promote scientific breakthroughs and novel applications. The workshop's Organizing and Programme Committee is being composed. Information on the plenary, invited and oral presentations, poster session and other activities will be provided later. English is the working language of the workshop. All contributions will be published as the Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceedings (full papers only) in English. Addiotionally, selected full papers will be included in the Materials Physics and Mechanics international scientific journal which is published by Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University in collaboration with Institute of Problems of Mechanical Engineering of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Topics - Computer simulations of physical processes in micro- and nanoelectronics - Application of high-performance computing systems for modeling in micro- and nanoelectronics - Multiphysical modeling and computer-aided design - Structure and properties of nanomaterials - Other related topics (upon agreement) |
