About 60 excellent papers will be published by the special issues for EI Journals (EI Compendex). About 20 excellent papers will be published by the special issues for the Journals(SCI).

It provides two day’s focus on the science and technology that are the basis for the information science and engineering. The third 2011 WASE International Conference on Information Engineering (ICIE 2011) continues to focus on the complementary and synergistic aspects of established fields such as Services Science, Bioinformatics, Mobile Wireless Network, Advanced Intelligence and Pervasive Computing, which are expected to contribute to the further development of the information engineering. Concurrent sessions and a poster session will cover a wide range of topics and issues, including both contributed papers and special sessions developed on specific themes. The ICIE 2011 will feature a unique mix of academic, industrial, and cross-discipline topics, and provide a platform for presentation and exchange of research results and practical experiences as well as education and curricula development. The ICIE 2011 conference also aims at bridging the perspectives of the researchers and the needs of the practitioners. Speakers at the conference include many of the leading Information Engineering experts from both the academia and the industry around the world. The technical program of the conference will include invited talks, paper presentations, and panel discussions in research, industry and education tracks. The ICIE 2011 seeks original, unpublished research/case study papers reporting substantive new work in various aspects of Information Engineering. Awards will be given to the best papers in different categories. We are planning to have the papers published in this conference's proceedings to be published by IEEE Press, and selected 80-120 papers will be recommended to publish in EI Compendex or SCI journal. |
