The Colombian Computing Congress is the annual meeting organized by
the Colombian Computing Society (www.sco2.org). Its objective is to promote the strengthening of the Colombian computer science community, bringing together researchers, students and practitioners, both national and international. This year, the organization is in charge of the Universidad del Quindío and is developed in an academic alliance with RENATA. The Colombian Computing Society (SCO2) has organized this event since 2005 (Cali) within the CLEI 2005 conference scope, in Bogotá (2007), Medellín (2008), Bucaramanga (2009), Cartagena (2010), Manizales (2011). ), Medellín (2012) within the CLEI 2012 conference scope, Armenia (2013), Pereira (2014), Bogotá (2015), Popayán (2016), Cali (2017), Cartagena (2018), Pasto (2019), in pandemic It Wasn't Made (2020), virtual conference (2021). The 16th edition of the Colombian Computing Congress (16CCC) will be held in the city of Armenia, Quindío between October 17 and 21, 2022, within the CLEI 2022 conference scope and will include the participation of national and international researchers. This year the congress will be organized by the Colombian Computer Society and the University of Quindío. This event aims to create a space for the exchange of ideas, techniques, methodologies and tools with a multidisciplinary approach, promoting synergy between researchers, professionals, students and companies related to the topics of interest of the Congress. The event focuses on the presentation of research papers with significant contributions to knowledge or innovative experiences in the different areas of computing. Among others, the conference includes keynote speeches, contributions, discussion forums, tutorials and a colloquium for master's and doctoral students, institutional and business exhibition (stand during the conference). |
