SCOPE

The 21st edition of the International Conference on Smart Business Technologies (formerly known as ICE-B - International Conference on e-Business), aims at bringing together researchers and practitioners who work on e-Business technology and its applications. The scope of the conference covers low-level technological issues, such as technology platforms, internet of things, artificial intelligence, data science and web services, but also higher-level issues, such as business processes, business intelligence, digital twins, value setting and business strategy. Furthermore, it covers different research approaches (like qualitative cases, experiments, forecasts, and simulations) to address these issues and different possible application domains (like manufacturing, service management and trade systems) with their own specific needs and requirements. We invite both more academic and practical oriented submissions, but we are especially interested in academic research with a potential practical impact and practical research papers with theoretical implications.

Papers may address one or more of the listed sub-topics in the CFP, although authors should not feel limited by them. Unlisted but related sub-topics are also acceptable, provided they fit in one of the following main topic areas:
