21th EAI International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Systems: Computing, Networking and Services (EAI MobiQuitous 2024) Oslo, Norway November 12-15, 2024 Website: https://mobiquitous.eai-conferences.org/2024/ =========== Despite the considerable research effort in the area of Mobile and Ubiquitous Computing over the nearly two decades, and the maturity of some of its base technologies, many challenges persist. The goal of the twenty-first annual International Conference on Mobile and Ubiquitous Systems: Computing, Networking and Services (MobiQuitous 2024) is to provide a forum for presenting and discussing high-quality research in the field, involving international practitioners and researchers from diverse backgrounds. MobiQuitous 2024 will thus foster research collaboration through focused discussions, interaction and exchange of experiences that will designate future research efforts and directions. Areas addressed by the conference include systems, applications, social networks, middleware, networking, sensing, data management, data processing and services, all with special focus on mobile and ubiquitous computing. =========== Important Dates =========== - Full paper submission deadline: 15 June 2024 - Notification deadline: 20 August 2024 - Registration opens: 21 August 2024 - Camera-ready deadline: 20 September 2024 - Start of the conference: 12 November 2024 - End of the conference: 15 November 2024 *All deadlines are 23:59 AoE (Anywhere on Earth)* =========== Submission Guidelines for Full Paper and Review Process =========== Papers should be submitted through EAI ‘Confy+‘ system, and have to comply with the Springer format (see Author’s kit section). https://confyplus.eai.eu/ https://mobiquitous.eai-conferences.org/2024/submission/#authorskit - Full papers should be at least 16 pages in length. - Please submit Full papers to “Main track” in Confy+ All conference papers undergo a thorough peer review process prior to the final decision and publication. This process is facilitated by experts in the Technical Program Committee during a dedicated conference period. Standard peer review is enhanced by EAI Community Review which allows EAI members to bid to review specific papers. All review assignments are ultimately decided by the responsible Technical Program Committee Members while the Technical Program Committee Chair is responsible for the final acceptance selection. You can learn more about Community Review below. https://help.eai-conferences.org/conference/community/community-review/ =========== Publication =========== All registered papers will be submitted for publishing by Springer and made available through SpringerLink Digital Library. MobiQuitous proceedings are indexed in leading indexing services, such as Web of Science, Compendex, Scopus, DBLP, EU Digital Library, Google Scholar, IO-Port, MathSciNet, Inspec, and Zentralblatt MATH. Authors of selected best accepted and presented papers will be invited to submit an extended version to: Mobile Networks and Applications (MONET) Journal (IF: 2.602) https://www.springer.com/journal/11036 All accepted authors are eligible to submit an extended version in a fast track of: EAI Endorsed Transactions on Mobile Communications and Applications (Open Access) https://eudl.eu/journal/mca Additional publication opportunities: EAI/Springer Lecture Notes of the Institute for Computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications Engineering – LNICST (titles in this series are indexed in Ei Compendex, Web of Science & Scopus) https://eudl.eu/series/LNICST =========== Topics of Interest (not limited to the following) =========== We solicit technical papers describing original, previously unpublished research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, pertaining to the Internet of Things, mobile and ubiquitous computing systems.
