Call For Papers

The Call for Abstracts is now open. To streamline the review process for applicants and staff, ALL applicants must initiate the process by submitting an abstract using form provided. Right click the Word icon on the website to download the application. Save it to your desktop with your last name incorporated into the file name. Submit it via email to Dr. Richard Ingram at richard.ingram@uky.edu. You may also fax the completed application to the attention of Dr. Ingram at 859-257-3748 and call to confirm receipt, 859-218-2020. Applicants will also receive an email confirming receipt of the abstract submission.
