It is our great pleasure to announce the 2025 5th IEEE Middle East & North Africa Communications Conference (MENACOMM 2025). The conference will be held on February 20 - 22, 2025 at the Lebanese American University (LAU), Byblos – Lebanon, and will feature a hybrid format, with both in-person and virtual participation options.

We warmly invite you to submit your original research papers and join us at this prestigious event, organized by the IEEE Communications Society Lebanon Chapter and the Lebanese American University (LAU). The conference is technically co-sponsored by the consortium composed of: Bahrain Section COM Chapter; Cyprus Section COM Chapter; Egypt Section COM Chapter; France Section COM Chapter; Jordan Section SP/COM Chapter; Kuwait Section C COM CAS Joint Chapter; Lebanese University, Doctoral School of Sciences and Technology; Lebanon Section; Lebanon Section COM Chapter; Morocco Section C/COM Joint Chapter and Tunisia Section COM Chapter. The conference will include a variety of Keynote talks from renowned experts, a robust technical program, and opportunities for networking and collaboration.

Submission Guidelines:

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit high-quality original technical papers for consideration. All submissions should be six (6) pages as a minimum and a maximum of eight (8) printed pages. Papers exceeding (8) pages will not be accepted. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library and other indexing services like Scopus. Papers must adhere to IEEE guidelines and be submitted via EDAS system.
