We are excited to invite you to submit your research papers for the Springer/Scopus MSCC2025 conference, which will be held from 13 to 15 October 2025 in the historic and culturally rich cities of Tetuan and Martil, Morocco — a UNESCO World Heritage site where the spirit of tradition and the pulse of innovation converge.
This edition builds on the success of our inaugural conference and continues our mission to explore cutting-edge ideas and sustainable solutions shaping the future of smart cities across the Mediterranean region. Join a diverse community of thought leaders, policymakers, urban planners, technology experts, researchers, and PhD students for an immersive experience that blends inspiring keynote talks, engaging technical sessions, interactive panels, hands-on workshops, and in-depth tutorials. Together, we will navigate the intersection of heritage and innovation, and contribute to reimagining urban life in the 21st century — starting right here in Tetuan and Martil. Publication options: - MSCC2025 presented papers will be published in conference proceedings by Springer LNNS, ISSN: 2367-3370. - Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their manuscripts for journal publication in a special issues/sections of relevant and renowned journals (Scopus indexed Journals). Indexing: - Indexed by SCOPUS, EI Compendex, INSPEC, WTI Frankfurt eG, zbMATH, SCImago. Submission Guidelines: Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit their original unpublished full papers including tables, figures, and references. The authors will need to register their email with Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT).
