Submission Details: Prospective authors are invited to contribute the latest original and high-quality papers to Ubi-Media2026@Penang, Malaysia: through the online submission page at https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ubimedia2026
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as one of Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) series published by Springer (indexed by EI and SCOPUS). In addition, Ubi-Media 2026 features a special publication model for authors to extend their conference works to high quality journals and books after the conference. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation and clarity of exposition. Selected high quality and presented papers, with more than 40% extension and revision, will be recommended to one of the top-rank journals.

Regular Paper Submission Guidelines:
It is recommended that Regular Papers are submitted for review with around 12 to 15 pages. Submissions with less than 12 pages will be considered as Short Papers. Authors should submit their papers in English, carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. All papers must follow the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) template. Selected papers will be recommended for post-conference publication in some Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index Expanded, EI, or Scopus journals.
