Call For Papers

FIDTA 2026
2nd Workshop on Federated Intelligence and Digital Twins for Autonomous Systems and IoT
Co-located with ACM MobiHoc 2026

Tokyo, Japan
November 26, 2026

===============

The 2nd Workshop on Federated Intelligence and Digital Twins for Autonomous Systems and IoT (FIDTA 2026) invites original research contributions at the intersection of Federated Learning, decentralized artificial intelligence, and Digital Twin technologies.

The increasing adoption of Internet of Things infrastructures, autonomous systems, mobile robots, and cyber-physical networks raises important challenges related to dynamic network topologies, data privacy, real-time decision-making, communication efficiency, and limited computational resources.

Federated Intelligence enables collaborative learning across distributed devices and organizations without requiring the centralization of raw data. Digital Twins provide continuously updated virtual representations of physical systems that support monitoring, prediction, optimization, and decision-making. Their combined use offers new opportunities for developing intelligent, adaptive, privacy-preserving, and resilient distributed systems.

FIDTA 2026 aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to present recent advances, discuss practical challenges, and identify emerging research directions in federated intelligence and Digital Twin systems.
