The Technical Committee of the 2026 7th Asia-Pacific Conference on Image Processing, Electronics, and Computers (IPEC 2026) invites original research paper submissions in the areas of theoretical, experimental, and applied image processing, electronics, and computers. All accepted papers will be published by IOS Press, and submitted to Scopus, EI Compendex for indexing.
Each submission will undergo anonymous peer review by at least two independent reviewers to maintain the high standards and quality of the papers. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to: 1. Image Processing Computational photography Image-based computer graphics Image processing Segmentation, object retrieval Computer graphics and visualization Computer vision Image scanning, display and printing Machine learning Virtual reality Graphical simulation Holography Pattern recognition 2. Electronics Motors and appliances Modeling simulation and monitoring diagnosis Electrical engineering Power information analysis and processing Electronic technology Power systems Automatic control Signals and systems Microcomputer principle and application Communication and information system Signal and information processing 3. Computers Emerging technologies in digital signal processing Theoretical computer Computing theory Information coding theory Algorithm Programming theory Concurrent, parallel and distributed systems Database and information retrieval Applied computer science Artificial intelligence Machine translation Information science Software engineering Important Dates Last date for paper submission: March 31, 2026 Notice of paper acceptance: April 20, 2026 Registration deadline: May 10, 2026 Publication All accepted and registered papers will be included in the conference proceedings, and submitted to Scopus, EI Compendex for indexing. Submission Guidelines -Authors must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap works those have been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to journals or other conferences with proceedings. -All submitted papers should be within the FOIs of the conference. -The submission file should be in Microsoft Word, PDF, or WordPerfect document file format and should follow the Template on the conference website. -All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkk.suu.ca) are activated and ready to click. -All submissions should be written in English and should be no less than 8 printed pages including figures and references.
