The conference welcomes completed research, work-in-progress results, short papers, practical systems, educational activities, and interdisciplinary studies. In addition to mature research results, APRIS 2026 particularly encourages submissions from students and early-career researchers. Preliminary results, prototypes, ongoing studies, practical experiences, and emerging research ideas are also welcome. Authors must register the title and abstract by the applicable Title / Abstract Deadline and upload the complete review manuscript by the applicable Paper Deadline. ON-SITE AND POST-CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS All accepted papers will be included in the electronic on-site proceedings made available to registered APRIS 2026 participants. APRIS 2026 also adopts a post-proceedings publication model. Authors may revise their camera-ready papers after the conference by taking into account the discussions and feedback received during the conference. The camera-ready paper must be submitted by November 29, 2026 (23:59 AoE). For a paper to be included in the IPSJ Digital Library, the completed IPSJ Copyright Assignment Form must be submitted together with the camera-ready paper. Authors should submit only the review manuscript at the initial Paper Deadline. The copyright form is not required with the initial review manuscript.
