Submitted papers will be judged based on novelty of the idea, technical quality, clarity of presentation, and expected impact on future research within the area of focus.

Accepted papers will be published in the ACM Digital Library as post-workshop proceedings. For inclusion in the proceedings, at least one author must register and attend the workshop to present the paper.
