The 18th IEEE International Conference on Networks (ICON2012) will be held in Singapore. One day of tutorials and two days of technical presentations are planned for the conference. The conference will also include invited speakers and special sessions. ICON2012 will provide an open forum for researchers, engineers and academia to exchange the latest innovations and research advancements on next-generation computer network architectures, protocols and algorithms (wired, wireless, ad-hoc, mesh, sensor), content networking and multimedia delivery technologies, as well as centralized and distributed networked systems, applications and services. Contributions describing original research, surveys and applications are solicited. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, the following areas:
