Telecommunications Forum TELFOR is organized for the 20th time as the IEEE co-organized and co-supported event, traditionally with quite a number of high quality papers, with numerous other activities and with around 2000 participants. As an international regional IEEE meeting, TELFOR has the purpose to consider the important scientific, technical, professional, social, economical and legal aspects of Telecommunications and Information Technology (IT).
