4th Microwave and Radar Week MRW-2010 will be organized In Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania stands where the Neris and Vilnia rivers join, among tree-covered hills. The Old Town is one of the largest historic city centres in Eastern Europe The Baroque squares and churches recall its importance as an international trading centre in the sixteenth century. Today, tall new buildings reflect the city’s development in the twenty-first century.
The first Microwave and Radar Week was organized in Warsaw, Poland in 2004 year, just after the Poland and Baltic Countries have joined the European Union. The following Microwave and Radar Weeks were held in Krakow (2006) and in Wroclaw (2008), organized by Telecommunications Research Institute. Now the Microwave and Radar Week is coming in Lithuania, to emphasis long lasted cooperation and union between Poland and Lithuania. The event is coorganized by Polish and Lithuanian Chapters of IEEE. Everyone from the worldwide radar family is cordially invited to attend the Microwave and Radar Week. All authors are invited to submit the full paper, four A4 pages in the IEEE pdf format.
