Call for Papers
The Institute will hold its Oxford conference on 29-30 July 2011 at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford. The Conference is to explore issues arising from investment which involve various forms of law. We seek to attract contributions and participations that offer an original insight. The main topics are as follows. Investment and international law Investment and National laws (success stories) Investment and Various fields of Trade Methods of Resolving Disputes Dispute Resolution Organs and Tribunals We would like to receive abstracts by 15 April and full papers by 15 May.For further information please contact us at:events@lawinst.org |
