Manuscripts will be limited to 12 (Springer LNBIP) pages. Please submit your paper using the on-line submission system at http://confdriver.ifs.tuwien.ac.at/dexa2012/ Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by at least 3 reviewers. Papers are evaluated according to originality, significance, technical soundness and clarity of exposition. Accepted papers will be published in proceedings of Springer series on "Lecture Notes in Business Information Processing" (LNBIP).
