Following the successful International Conference of Fuel Cell & Hydrogen Technology (ICFCHT) held by the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) in Jakarta, Indonesia on October 7 - 8, 2007 (First ICFCHT) and October 28 - 29, 2009 (Second ICFCHT), the Fuel Cell Institute (SELFUEL) of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and the BBPT, our co-organizer, are pleased to announce that the ICFCHT 2011, the third in the series, will be held in Kuala Lumpur on 22-23 NOVEMBER 2011.
This conference is supported by the International Association of Hydrogen Energy (IAHE) and the International Journal of Hydrogen Energy (IJHE). Submissions are invited for a broad range of themes focusing on the latest developments and achievements in the areas of: FUEL CELLS FOR MOBILE AND STATIONARY SYSTEMS Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC) Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) Microbial Fuel Cell SUSTAINABLE HYDROGEN TECHNOLOGY Production: Renewable fuel Electrolysis Photosynthesis and Photolysis (Photoelectrochemical cells, PEC) Thermo-chemical cycles Other technologies Storage, Distribution and Refuelling: Gaseous storage Cryogenic storage Metal & chemical hydrides Carbon nanostructures Other storage technologies Distribution infrastructures Refuelling stations HYDROGEN SUSTAINABILITY AND ECONOMIC VIABILITY National and international programs and perspectives Environmental issues Economy and financing Social acceptance The Scientific Committee of ICFCHT 2011 invites all delegates to submit abstracts consisting of original research work for oral and poster presentation. To maintain high scientific standards, only abstracts that have sucessfully undergone a rigorous peer review process will be accepted for oral and poster presentation.
