Call For Papers

Call for posters and demos EWSN 2013
EWSN '13
Poster and demo session
February 13-15, 2013
Ghent University - IBBT, Belgium
http://ewsn13.intec.ugent.be

The poster and demonstration session at EWSN provides a forum for researchers to present their work and receive feedback from experts attending the conference. The areas of interest are the same as the main track (see the call for papers for details). We explicitly encourage poster submissions from students and demonstrations of first proof-of-concept implementations.

If you have something to actively show off, consider submitting a demo.

POSTER AND DEMO SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

Poster submissions should be sent to ewsn2013_posters@lists.ibbt.be

Demo submissions should be sent to ewsn2013_demos@lists.ibbt.be

Do NOT use the EDAS system for the poster and demo submissions.

Posters and demos must be submitted as a single PDF file containing an abstract of no more than 2 pages describing the research content of the poster, along with title (beginning with "Poster Abstract:" or "Demo Abstract:"), authors, affiliations, and contact information. The submission must be formatted using the IEEE double-column layout with minimum 10-pt size fonts available here.

DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS

* Include (short) abstract and conclusion sections; do *not* include index terms and keywords
* Use the double column IEEE template and minimum 10-pt size fonts (here is the template).
* In Latex, set "\documentclass[conference]{IEEEtran}"
* Do not use running headers, footers, or page numbers (this is ensured with the Latex setting; but must be removed manually for the Word template)
* Pre-pend your title by "Poster Abstract:" or "Demo Abstract:"
* Use standard capitalization rules for titles: all main words must be capitalized
* Put author affiliations immediately under the names at the top, do not add complete affiliation details (addresses, web sites, ...), do not add biography or submission details in the lower left corner
* All references to online resources must be included in the bibliography at the end
