Scope

Shale companies are realizing that they have a large amount of information and data and they can gain competitiveness by relevant and domain-based implementation of AI, and ML in analysis and modeling of the collected data. Data-driven analytics can be proved as a vital competitive differentiation tool in the upstream oil and the gas industry. Shale Analytics is a discipline of the state-of-the-art data driven techniques including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data mining for producing from and operating shale assets. It integrates all relevant data (well, reservoir, completion, frac job, placement, and stacking, and operation) with production history in order to model the complex physics of hydrocarbon production from shale.

How to Submit the Chapter:

Advise us how many words your chapter is likely to be and the number of figures/tables. Note we are looking for a range of 8,000-12,000 words. Make sure list all co-authors with complete contact information and links to Google Scholar Profile and CVs. Note that all chapters will be put through similarity software and the publisher’s guidelines are an overall similarity index of less than 15% (with a maximum 3from any single source).
