Chapter proposals are invited for a forthcoming book titled "Embedded and Real Time System Development: A Software Engineering Perspective": Concepts, Methods and Principles to be published by Springer. The deadline for submitting a short proposal (1-2 pages) is March 25, 2012. If you are willing to participate in this book, we would appreciate a 1-2 page outline (in PDF, Word, Open Document or plain text formats) of your proposed contribution covering the following points:

1. Proposed chapter title, author(s) and affiliation(s)
2. An abstract of 200-300 words summarising the content
3. Suggested major section headings
4. List of relevant publications by the contributing authors
