The 4th International Symposium on Information and Communication Technology - SoICT 2013!

Following the success of SoICT 2012, the School of Information and Communication Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST) organizes the fourth edition SoICT 2013. Since establishment, HUST has always been one of the most prestigious centers in engineering education and training as well as scientific research in the country.

The symposium is organized by the School of Information and Communication Technology - Hanoi University of Science and Technology. Authors are invited to submit research papers. The symposium language is English. All contributions should be original and not published elsewhere or intended to be published during the review period. Submitted papers should be prepared in ACM style and should not exceed 10 pages. All accepted papers will be included in the symposium proceedings published as a volume in ACM ICPS (indexed by ACM Digital Library and DBLP).
