There will be a Call for Papers issued by the Acoustical Society of America in October 2012, by mail to ASA members and on the ASA website. In parallel, all member Societies of the ICA will receive a notification that they can pass on to their members. As well, all people who have registered for the ICA2013 e-mail list (see the Contact page) will be advised directly.

People interested in participating in the technical program can submit an abstract. On acceptance, they will be invited to submit a manuscript. Manuscripts will be submitted online through the Office of the Acoustical Society of America. Once the Call for Papers has been issued, a link will be provided here to the ASA online paper submission site.


Please note that to have your manuscript included in the technical program and in the Proceedings CD, the manuscript and the meeting registration fee must be submitted before the deadline listed on the Important Dates page. Note that the Acoustical Society of America will be handling the collection of abstract, manuscript, and registration fee.
