MC 2013, a workshop on Mobile Communications 2013, will be held at International University, Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam), 24 ~ 27 June 2013, and is the next event in a series of highly successful international workshops on Mobile Communications (MC), previously held as MC 2012 (Salvador, Brazil), MC 2011 (Santander, Spain), MC 2010 (Fukuoka, Japan), MC 2009 (Suwon, Korea), MC'08 (Perugia, Italy), MobiComm 2007 (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia), MC 2006 (Glasgow, UK), MobiComm 2005 (Singapore), Workshop of Routing and Handoff 2004 (Assisi, Italy), Mobile Computing: Routing and Handoff 2003 (Montreal, Canada), and Mobile Computing: Authentication Technology 2003 (Montreal, Canada).
MC 2013 provides a premier forum for engineers and scientists in academia, industry, and government to address the resulting profound challenges and to present and discuss their new ideas, research results, applications and experience on all aspects of mobile communications.

MC 2003 - 2012 have proven to be excellent catalysts for research and collaboration, and we fully expect that this coming MC 2013 conference will continue this trend.

The long-term goal of ICCSA - MC Workshop is to build up a reputable and respectable conference for the international community. It is very clear that the ICCSA - MC Workshop belongs to everyone.

All accepted papers will be printed in the conference proceedings published by Springer-Verlag Lecture Notes in Computer Science series. A selected number of top quality papers will also be published as special issues of appropriate journals.

Suggested topics of the workshop for submitted papers include, but are not limited to:

We cordially invite you to submit a paper presenting the results of original research or innovative practical applications in the area we describe above.

Papers should be 10 ~ 16 pages written in English, and must comply with the Springer-Verlag format(LNCS) described at www.springer.de/comp/lncs/au- thors.html.

At least one author per the accepted paper should register to the conference and must present the paper at the conference site.
