CALL FOR PAPERS (final extended time for paper submission) **Due to so some request on paper submission deadline on 2018 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (7th COMNETSAT), the COMNETSAT 2018 open for Extended Full Paper Submission Deadline: 6 October 2018** 2018 IEEE International Conference on Communication, Networks and Satellite (COMNETSAT) | IEEE Conference Number: #44923 November 15 - 17, 2018 Medan, Indonesia Dear Researchers and Colleagues, IEEE COMNETSAT is an annual conference of the IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) Indonesia Chapter, the IEEE Indonesia Section, and the IEEE AESS/GRSS Indonesia Joint Chapter. 2018 IEEE COMNETSAT aims to address the current state of technology and the outcome of ongoing research in the area of Communications, Networks and Satellite Systems, which covers theory, design and application of computer and communication, networks, and satellite systems as well as broadband photonic systems. During recent years there has been an impressive increase in the use of networked applications and networks are now key resources in any information system configuration. Wireless and fixed line networks complemented by a growing range of mobile devices are having a significant impact on the way we run our lives and our business. Continuous progress towards such new emerging technologies as 5G wireless systems, broadband satellites, photonic networks and systems, IoT and IoE, molecular communications, as well as the development of communication technologies for real-life problems and humanity, are all within the scope of this year’s conference. The conference theme: “Sustainable Development on Emerging Technologies: From Theory to Industry” The conference will feature a comprehensive technical program with technical tracks on: Track 1: Communications Track 2: Network and Information Technologies Track 3: Satellite Track 4: Broadband and Photonics Track 1 – Communications Advanced communication techniques Antenna technologies Business applications of telecommunications Communication theory Communications protocols Earth terminal systems Effects of legislation and regulation on telecommunications Frameworks for wireless security Information assurance Integrated services for disaster relief Location- and context-aware distributed systems Management of telecommunications in organizations Military applications and architectures Modulation and coding Radio communications Regulatory and spectrum sharing issues Software-defined radios System integration and interoperability Use of distributed services over wireless Track 2 – Network and IT Adoption and diffusion of networking technologies Computer networks Cross-border network-based information systems Design and performance evaluation of new network application and systems Designing, deploying and using networked systems in specialized sectors (i.e. Health, Education, Manufacturing) Emerging networking trends Enterprise networks Grid, cluster and Internet computing Internetworking and network protocols Mobile computing, mobile networks, and mobile agents Mobility and m-commerce issues Network architectures, services, switching, routing, and applications Network convergence Network management and security Network measurements, performance analysis and evaluation Network pricing issues and strategies Network Resource and QoS Optical network Outsourcing of networking and data communication services Peer-to-peer Pervasive Computing Environments Sensor, mesh, and ad hoc networks Standards and network interoperability issues Strategic use of networking technologies Success factors of networked systems Telecommuting, remote access and VPN IoT and IoE Smart City Track 3 – Satellite Advances in launching spacecraft Interactivity via Satellite Inter-satellite links Nanosatellites Novel satellite-enabled Services Propagation and mitigation techniques at Ku, Ka, and V-bands Rapid response payloads Satellite architecture Satellite payload Satellite subsystems and components Terrestrial-airborne-space integration Unmanned aerial vehicles, navigation and satellite communications Track 4 – Broadband & Photonics Optical Communication Microwave Photonic Optical Component for Analog System Optical Signal Processing Radio over Fiber Non-linear photonic technology Optical Transport Networks Optical Access Network Visible Optical Communication System On-Chip Optical Network Software-defined Optical Networks: Important Dates Full Paper Submission Deadline: 6 October 2018 Paper Acceptance Notification: 20 October 2018 Registration Deadline: 27 October 2018 More details of this conference can be found at http://comnetsat.org/ Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers up to seven pages with double column IEEE Conference to http://edas.info/N24736.
