After the success of the first edition entitled "International Conference on Complex Systems (ICCS’12)" held in Agadir during November 5-6, 2012, we are very glad to announce the WCCS14, the second World Conference on Complex Systems".

We are very pleased to invite you to submit paper(s) for the Second World Conference on Complex Systems (WCCS'14). The conference will be organized by Moroccan Society of Complex Systems and Ibn Zohr in partnership with IEEE Moroccan section; International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Science and Spanish Society of General Systems .

The city of Agadir is considered one of the most attractive touristic areas on the African continent. Agadir enjoys clement weather year-round, including the month of November.

WCCS14 will provide a high-level, international forum for scientists, researchers, industrial professionals, and students who will present state-of-the-art research results, address new challenges, and discuss trends in Computer Science; Cybernetics; General Systems Theory and their applications in diverse fields.

All presented papers will be published in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. An extended version of selected papers will be invited for publication in special issues of international journals.
