The primary focus of this special session is about the issues and challenges related to real-time transport system, optimizing freight movements, reduction of freight congestion, timely customer complaints management, intelligent CRM, urban and regional transportation infrastructure development and challenges in near real-time forecasting and information provision. The session will provide valuable insight into the issues and grant challenges facing to the transportation industry. The session will look at data intensive nature of the transportation system provides for analysis of strategic planning for transport and logistics. The session will also look into the cost and economic benefit analysis of future infrastructure provision and regulatory decisions and Intelligent CRM. This session will attract world-class researchers and innovators in the areas of freight logistics, automated transport control systems, traffic data mining, mobile networks, and urban and regional transportation planning and development.
