The APEC and OECD workshop program committees invite authors to submit an abstract
of 500 to 750 words and an author bio. The abstract should describe the scope of the paper, the results and findings, and the paper’s original aspects. The papers must be original work that hasnot been published or presented elsewhere.

Upon acceptance, the program committees will provide the paper submission guidelines
for the papers of length ten to fifteen pages. For the paper to be included on the workshops’ agenda and in the proceedings publication, at least one of the paper’s authors needs to attend the workshops.

Topics for consideration include the full range of applications, possible applications and technologies for IT and technology for aging society and people with disabilities including (1) Healthcare, (2) Social inclusion, (3) Independent living, (4) Disaster preparedness, (5) Mobiles,(6) Tablets, (7) Robotics, (8) e-transport, and (9) Smart home
