Monisha will share her research into new models of digital learning - from universities (Coursera, Udacity, edX) to private companies (Code Academy, Decoded) - and her thoughts on how companies and entrepreneurs can capture a piece of the £2 trillion worldwide market for education.
Speaker Biography: Monisha Saldanha has worked online since 2002, building an online recruitment business (www.global-workplace.com), delivering internet marketing for eBay, and building the Jamie Oliver brand and business online. Currently she is Head of Brand Extensions at the Guardian, where she is responsible for identifying new businesses that could trade off the Guardian brand, and nurturing these opportunities into significant profit areas. She earned her MBA at Harvard Business School and also served as an Associate Consultant at Booz & Co.
